RobotWorx does not require payment for robots/robot systems until the customer is 100% satisfied. Customers are invited to test and inspect their item(s) at RobotWorx' facility before paying anything.

From time to time, RobotWorx will cover all standard shipping costs up to $500 on robot parts, arms, and systems to companies located in the continental United States.
Extra Training Credit
At times, customers purchasing a robot system/workcell are eligible to receive an additional day of training at RobotWorx' facility for free! Credit can be used anytime within 12 months of the purchase date.
