INTEGRATOR OF NEW AND USED ROBOTS FOR INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION

What is a reconditioned robot?

A reconditioned robot is one that has been restored to original operating condition. This process begins with the disassembly, inspection, and the testing of the individual components. The mechanical and control components are thoroughly cleaned and replacement parts are used as necessary. The robot is then reassembled to match original specifications. The robot is repainted and subjected to extended repeatability testing to ensure accurate and reliable performance.

The reconditioning process increases the robot's life and value. With proper maintenance, reconditioned robots are expected to have a lifespan that is equal to that of a new robot. Purchasing a reconditioned robot offers benefits in terms of savings, while providing the same performance and reliability of a new robot.
