Our used robots are put through a reconditioning checklist which includes harmonic drive and belt assembly, inspection, cleaning, lubrication and replacement as needed. RobotWorx conducts a comprehensive inspection of the batteries, wire harnesses, and bearings.
After a full inspection and overhaul, the robot is repainted and put through extended repeatability testing. Once the used robot reconditioning process is completed, the robotic system is integrated with part programming and testing.
Finally, your company is invited to send technicians to our facility for free system training. Technicians are encouraged to take the teach pendant into their hands. Within a couple hours they are comfortable with the robot programming. After the initial training is complete, customers program one of their own parts. We test the first couple of parts and make any required parameter changes. Taking these extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction during the training phase is what sets us apart.
