The Motoman EasyPallet Pendant software provides over 60 different palletizing patterns. A box editor allows the programmer to alter the size of the box quickly and easily, and the software automatically adjusts the pattern to accomodate. This saves a significant amount of time and hassle.
EasyPallet Pendant treats every layer as a separate unit. This makes it possible to mix different product layers, column-stack, or interlock layers on a single pallet. Switching pallet patterns, mixes, and contents is fast and easy to program. More customization options are available for programmers who want more control.
Motoman's palletizing software uses vectoring to make sure potential problems (such as blox clipping) are avoided when creating tight palletizing formations. EasyPallet is designed to work with vacuum grippers that accomodate one to four boxes.
