INTEGRATOR OF NEW AND USED ROBOTS FOR INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION

What does the 168-Point Inspection include?

The 168-Point Reconditioning Process sets RobotWorx' products apart from the rest. During this procedure, the entire system (robot, controller, and teach pendant) is cleaned inside and out, reworked, and tested. Every bolt is checked and retightened, and all covers secured. Each axis is moved through its entire range of motion and all corrective actions are documented in service notes.

Take a closer look at some of the steps included in the RobotWorx 168-Point Reconditioning Process by moving your cursor over the yellow dots on the robot and controller.
